SUNDAY MARCH 24 - JUMBO TOTE BLOCK PRINTING WORKSHOP

Join us for an evening of designing, carving, and printing on fabric with Toronto based designer and Illustrator, Avril Loretti!

Together with Avril, you will explore textile block printing techniques and create your very own jumbo size canvas Market Tote! What fun to see where the evening takes you as you create and collaborate together. 

Participants are invited to bring some reference images to work from, or use the inspiration images and pre-made printing blocks provided. 

This workshop is for any and all skill levels. Each participant will go home with a jumbo size market tote of their own creation (appox. size 20”w x 15”h x 5”d. 12oz cotton canvas) that they can wear about town or gift for upcoming Spring events (psst…. Mother’s day is coming! Hint hint!:).

Masks are not mandatory in the studio at this time, but you are welcome to wear one if you choose.

If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with someone COVID positive within the last 3 days before the workshop, please DO NOT come to the workshop.
